I would like to offer my most sincere thanks, to Seth for immediate and extremely professional response to our recent refrigerator/freezer dilemma.
Having just returned from a rather large grocery shopping trip, my mother found her refrigerator was completely defrosting and leaking everywhere. Panicked, she prepared to find neighbors to keep her groceries until we could get it fixed or buy a new one.

Since it was already after 6 pm, I was doubtful I could track a repairman to talk to us, let alone make a house call! I called a local appliance store, and they highly recommended Seth.
Within 1 hour Seth came to the house, diagnosed the issue, obtained the necessary parts and fixed the problem! No back and forth with 800#s, manufacturers etc… Just one stop, simple, honest repair work at a very fair price.

Equally important to me, is that mom felt comfortable with this polite, honest, clearly knowledgable man in her home.

We both highly recommend Seth and are grateful for the peace of mind we now have knowing that we have a “go to” appliance repair guy.

I just wanted to THANK YOU for fixing our washer. We were 20 minutes from walking out the door to fly to Alaska, and our washer started to jump around the room! We had house sitters on their way and they really needed to be able to use the washer while we were away.

I called you and you thought the problem we were describing on the phone sounded possibly un-fixable. You even offered to shop for, buy and install a new washer while we were away. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?! Needless to say, this was going to cost us over $1000, which we really didn’t plan on spending.
